Bob was promoted into the role of Executive Vice President of Operations in 2025 where he is responsible for overseeing the team of people that manage our water and wastewater plant operations and distribution system, manage compliance, installs our taps, performs repair and maintenance on our facilities and distribution systems, overseas customer service and billing, and IT.  He originally joined Quadvest in August 2023 supporting the C-Suite and Senior Leaders with our strategic direction and addressing areas to improve operational excellence in a rapidly growing organization. There is nothing he enjoys more than helping our people and their teams learn and grow by planning together, working together, and delivering together.

Bob is a proud engineering graduate of the Colorado School of Mines and earned his MBA from North Central College while working. He brings to Quadvest a wealth of operational and functional experience leading national and global teams in sales, marketing, business development, product management, contract management, retail, and audit. In addition, he has worked for and with non-profit voluntary health organizations and as an independent consultant.

Bob is an avid cyclist and cycling fan and on weekends you might find him and his wife riding around the local bike trails with their dog in a backpack, since his adult children are now out on their own.
