For customers purchasing a lot or home with existing water and/or sewer service

Customer Service Agreement

Complete the Customer Service Agreement at least 3 business days before the service start date

Transfer Fee

Payment of a $45.00 transfer fee, plus a $50.00 deposit per service is required.
