Humble Beginnings
Serving the Greater Houston area since 1978, Quadvest provides water and wastewater service and infrastructure solutions for residential and commercial communities. Founded by Gary Sequeira and his father-in-law, Odell Vaught, the company was built on their combined experience in construction and real estate.
Today, Quadvest operations are part of The Texas Water Company, a subsidiary of H2O America. Our local teams, based in Magnolia, Texas, continue to serve the communities they know, bringing expertise in utility operations, engineering, construction, regulatory compliance and customer service.
Our Story
Quadvest’s story began with Odell Vaught and his son-in-law Gary Sequeira, whose combined experience in real estate and construction helped establish the company in 1978.
Odell, a decorated World War II veteran, spent his post-war years working in Montgomery County’s real estate industry. His knowledge of the area helped shape Quadvest’s early development.
Gary, a second-generation Houstonian, began his entrepreneurial career after college. Through subdivision development, he gained construction experience and an understanding of the infrastructure growing communities need. Together, Gary and Odell laid the foundation for Quadvest’s work in water and wastewater services.
Our Commitment
In its early years, Quadvest developed construction practices focused on quality, efficiency and timely installation to meet the demands of independently funded projects. That practical approach helped shape the company’s work in utility construction and system operations.
Today, Quadvest operations are part of The Texas Water Company, a subsidiary of H2O America. Our local teams in Magnolia, Texas continue to serve the Greater Houston communities with expertise in utility operations, engineering, construction, regulatory compliance and customer service.
We remain committed to reliable water and wastewater service, protecting public health and supporting the infrastructure needs of the communities we serve.
