Bob is our Executive Vice President of Strategic Business Operations, and he joined Quadvest in August 2023. Reporting to our CEO, Bob supports the C-Suite and Senior Leaders with our strategic direction, addressing areas to improve operational excellence in a rapidly growing organization, partner with EVP HR to develop the collaboartion and effectiveness of leaders and their teams, and develops and implements initiatives to close gaps. There is nothing he enjoys more than helping our people and their teams learn and grow by planning together, working together, and delivering together.

Bob is a proud engineering graduate of the Colorado School of Mines and earned his MBA from North Central College while working. He brings to Quadvest a wealth of operational and functional experience leading national and global teams in sales, marketing, business development, product management, contract management, retail, and audit. In addition, he has worked for and with non-profit voluntary health organizations and as an independent consultant.

Bob is an avid cyclist and cycling fan who will often commute to our offices on his bike. On weekends you might find him and his wife riding around the local bike trails with their dog in a backpack.
