How To Read Your Bill

1. Snapshot of Your Billing Information – This area contains your account number, bill date, due date, amount due on your current bill, and the amount due if you pay late and a penalty is assessed.

2. Meter Information – This area tells you your meter size, serial number, and service address, read period for both previous and current read on your meter (dates of consumption for this bill), and total gallons used.

3. Description of Charges – This area includes your previous bill amount, any payments of adjustments on your account since your previous billing, and a breakdown of current charges. For further detailed information please see the back of your bill.
