With seven years at Quadvest, Chad brings extensive experience from his previous roles as Field Service Supervisor, Operations Manager, and Construction Manager. As Director of Shared Services, he oversees the Sewer Water Automation Team (SWAT) and the Taps and Repair team, ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of Quadvest’s water and wastewater systems.

Chad’s expertise in welding has contributed to major infrastructure projects, including custom control panels, VFD installations, and innovative solutions like a trailer-mounted VFD package that keeps water plants operational during repairs. His leadership drives efficiency and innovation, ensuring Shared Services delivers reliable support across all water and sewer operations.

Chad holds a D Sewer License and welding certifications from Lone Star College. Outside of work, he enjoys hunting and using his technical skills to build top drives and deer blinds.
