As the Director of Engineering at Quadvest, Jacob leads the engineering department in the planning, design, and permitting of water and wastewater plants. With a focus on creating repeatable designs, he strives to simplify construction processes and keep costs manageable and predictable.

A licensed Professional Engineer in the state of Texas, Jacob is passionate about fostering team success, promoting individual growth, and encouraging collaboration across departments. His leadership philosophy centers around teamwork, continuous improvement, and delivering efficient, high-quality solutions.

Outside of work, Jacob enjoys playing golf, though time on the course is rare, and finds the most joy in watching his daughter grow and thrive.
