As the Director of Construction, JP facilitates and oversees the construction of all new facilities and the upgrade or expansion of existing ones. With 35 years of experience in the construction industry—including 15+ years specializing in water, wastewater, and underground utilities—JP brings a wealth of knowledge and dedication to every project. JP has been part of the Quadvest Construction team for 8.5 years and has spent the last 2.5 years with Quadvest LP, ensuring the successful delivery of critical infrastructure that improves the communities we serve.

JP holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas A&M University, Class of ’93, and a Master of Science degree from Sam Houston State University.

Outside of work, JP enjoys hunting and fishing, vacationing with family and friends, and building trucks. JP takes pride in the work Quadvest does—knowing that the infrastructure we build makes people’s lives easier and better.
